Product Introduction:
The main insulation consists of a paper-wrapped core, impregnated and cured with epoxy resin, which is installed between the GIS equipment and the overhead transmission line to act as insulation and support.
Application scenario:
Mainly used GIS inlet and outlet line;
Product features:
Electrical performance
The core adopts RIP structure with high insulation heat resistance to avoid long-term aging of insulation materials. Using advanced winding and curing technology, the product discharge is <3pC.
The automatic winding machine is used for winding, and the inner insulation ratio of the core is high, which can effectively improve the distribution of the outer insulation electric field under harsh conditions.
Mechanical property
Double-channel sealing structure, excellent waterproof and leak-proof performance.
With high mechanical strength, meet the requirements of Class Ⅷ earthquake resistance.
The use of high-strength materials to cope with metal fatigue under long-term operation.
Operational thermal stability
No oil, easy to explode, fire and other phenomena after failure, high safety and reliability;
Excellent insulation, maintenance free.
Operating environment
Can be used in high altitude areas;
Can be used in heavy dirty areas.
