Product Introduction:

LVB series current transformer is oil-immersed paper insulated and inverted structure. A transformer with power measurement, metering, relay protection and transient protection functions in series in the line.

Product features:

The primary winding is a conductive rod structure with good dynamic and thermal stability, and the maximum thermal stable current value is 63kA/3s (when the primary winding is in series).

The primary winding passes through the center of the secondary winding, without the influence of leakage flux, and the measurement accuracy reaches 0.2S and 0.1 levels.

The secondary winding is made of organic material poured into an aluminum shield housing, and the measurement and protection lines on the secondary side are protected from electrical attack due to insulation breakdown.

The optimized design of capacitive screen bushing is made of the whole imported wide cable paper by the automatic winding machine controlled by high performance computer. The process dispersion is small, the insulation performance is excellent, and the local discharge power test is carried out under the power frequency test voltage.

The use of Germany LEYBOLD imported automatic vacuum drying system, the product after the whole assembly of vacuum drying treatment, oil injection of the new process, all imported insulation materials, to ensure that the product overall dielectric loss factor tand less than 0.3%.

The head insulation of the product is wrapped by an automatic wrapping machine, and the insulation wrapping of the product is uniform and tight with high consistency.

The outer insulation is made of high-strength porcelain sleeve, and the combination of optimized surface field strength along the surface and low field strength of the inner casing makes the porcelain sleeve free from the danger of explosion.

The whole aluminum alloy casting molding, dustproof, waterproof, breathable sealing structure.

The connection between the product components is welded by argon arc welding, and the whole assembly is filled with high-pressure nitrogen to detect leakage, which fundamentally solves the problem of oil leakage of oil-immersed products.

Shell, base and junction box are cast of aluminum alloy, expander and nameplate are made of stainless steel, and all exposed parts will never rust.

Products are maintenance-free.
