Product Introduction:
LVQB series current transformer is SF6 gas insulated and inverted structure. A transformer with power measurement, metering, relay protection and transient protection functions in series in the line.
Product features:
The primary winding is a conductive rod structure with good dynamic and thermal stability, and the maximum thermal stable current value is 63kA/3s (when the primary winding is in series).
The primary winding passes through the center of the secondary winding, without the influence of leakage flux, and the measurement accuracy reaches 0.1 and 0.2s.
The upper shell is aluminum alloy welded structure, and the top is equipped with metal explosion-proof plate. If there is high energy discharge inside, when the gas pressure exceeds 1.0MP a, the explosion-proof plate will break to achieve the purpose of pressure release, improve product safety and no risk of explosion.
The secondary winding is made of organic material poured into an aluminum shield housing, and the measurement and protection lines on the secondary side are protected from electrical attack due to insulation breakdown.
The optimized electrode shielding structure improves the internal and external electric field distribution of the product, and the insulation performance is excellent. The local discharge power test is carried out under the power frequency test voltage.
There are two types of outer insulation bushing for users to choose: high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber composite hollow bushing and high strength porcelain bushing, which has the characteristics of earthquake resistance and high mechanical strength;
The cast aluminum foot is directly poured on the outer insulation sleeve, and the bottom bolt is fixed with the foot from the bottom side up to avoid the problem of water and water from the base fastener.
The secondary outlet box is made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy casting, dustproof, waterproof, breathable sealing structure meets the requirements of IP55, and the secondary terminals for user wiring are made of Phoenix special terminal terminals, which makes the operation of inserting, pulling and wiring more convenient and fast.
The sealing ring is made of EPDM material and imported fluorine silicone rubber material, which is suitable for high and low temperature changes and harsh environmental temperature areas, and the annual leakage rate is less than 0.5%.
The performance of the product remains unchanged after harsh transportation vibration tests.
The shell, base and junction box are cast in aluminum alloy, the nameplate is made of stainless steel, and all exposed parts will never rust.
The density meter is installed on the base, which can display the gas pressure inside the transformer (the displayed value is automatically converted into the internal gas pressure at 20℃) and density, and provide a signal when the internal pressure of the transformer falls to the alarm pressure, requiring air replenment.
