A 220kV transformer high voltage side bushing acetylene content Cause analysis of exceeding standard
In this paper, according to the phenomenon of excessive acetylene in B-phase bushing on the high-pressure side of 220kV main transformer found in the maintenance process, combined with the bushing diagnostic test, disassembly inspection and structural analysis, the author proposed that the circular centering nut in the bushing oil storage cabinet could not be completely tightened because the centering nut could not be completely tightened.
