2. The grounding trunk led by the grounding device is directly connected with the neutral point of the low-voltage side of the transformer; The grounding trunk is directly connected with the N bus and PE bus of the box-type substation; The support or shell of the transformer housing and dry transformer should be grounded (PE). All connections should be reliable and complete with fasteners and locking parts.

3, the transformer must be in accordance with the provisions of the national standards to do the handover test and qualified.

4, the foundation of the box-type substation and the floor type distribution box should be higher than the outdoor floor, the surrounding drainage is smooth, the requirements of the ground bolt fixed nuts are complete and tightly tightened. The free cushion should be flat and straight. The box of the metal box type substation and the floor type distribution box should be reliably grounded (PE) or connected to zero (PEN) and marked.

5. The handover test of the box-type substation must meet the following requirements: The high-voltage electrical equipment of the box-type substation composed of three independent units of high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear and transformer shall be tested according to the provisions of the national code and pass the handover test; For box-type substation where high voltage switches, fuses, etc. are combined with transformers in the same closed tank, the handover test shall be carried out according to the requirements of the technical documents provided by the product; The handover test of low-voltage power distribution cabinet conforms to the national regulations. 2. Daily inspection of general items installed in transformers and box-type substations

1, the transmission part of the load regulator switch is well lubricated, flexible action, the point of the given position is consistent with the actual position of the switch, and the automatic adjustment meets the technical document requirements of the product.

2, insulation parts should have no cracks, defects and porcelain enamel damage and other defects, the appearance is clean, the thermometer indicator is accurate.

3. After the transformer equipped with rollers is in place, the rollers should be fixed with removable brake components.

4. The transformer should be inspected according to the requirements of the product technical documents.

When one of the following conditions is met, the tower body may not be inspected: 1) The manufacturer stipulates that the device body shall not be inspected;

2) Transformers produced locally, only for short-distance transportation, and effectively supervised during the transportation process, without emergency braking, violent vibration, collision or severe turbulence and other abnormal conditions.

5. The interior and exterior coating of the box-type substation is complete, without damage, and the tuyere protection network with vents is intact.

6. The internal wiring of the high and low voltage cabinets in the box-type substation is complete, and the low voltage output loop is clearly marked and the loop name is accurate.

7. The transformer top cover equipped with a gas relay has an elevated slope of 1% to 1.5% along the airflow direction of the gas relay.
