I. Overview
LW16-12 Primary and secondary fusion column circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is a three-phase AC rated voltage 12kV, frequency 50Hz outdoor high-voltage switchgear. It is mainly used to break and close the load current, overload current and short circuit current of the power system. It is suitable for the protection and control of substations, industrial and mining enterprises and urban and rural power grids, especially for the places with frequent operation and the automatic distribution network of urban power grids.
2, brief description of structure
LW16-12 one and two fusion column complete circuit breaker, with the State grid one and two fusion complete set of column switch into the network new requirements, and developed a new generation of products. Body switch with sf6 gas arc extinguishing and insulation, box design with explosion-proof insulation structure, compact structure, reasonable layout, excellent sealing performance, to ensure that the internal SF6 gas does not leak, not affected by the external environment. The circuit breaker is equipped with protection CT, zero sequence CT, zero sequence voltage sensor and controller (including line loss module), which meet the requirements of primary and secondary fusion. It has the characteristics of wide measuring range, high measuring accuracy and high reliability, and complete analog quantity to accurately determine various faults of the line.
Our primary and secondary fusion sets of column circuit breakers have passed professional testing, among which the "insulation resistance test", "power frequency voltage test", "lightning shock test", "transmission function test", "fault detection and treatment", "electric fast and instantaneous pulse group immunity test", "oscillation wave immunity test", "surge immunity test" and other detection key items are qualified.
3, the main characteristics
1, the main box shell of the circuit breaker is made of 3mm stainless steel plate, which is a fully sealed structure, the protection grade is IP67, and the annual leakage rate of SF6 gas shall not be greater than 0.5%.
2, the shell is located on the ground easy to observe, obvious opening and closing position indicator, the indicator is reliably connected with the operating mechanism, indicating reliable action. The surface of the shell is raised, and it will not store water for a long time.
3, the diameter of 12mm anti-rust ground screw, ground point marked with grounding symbol.
4. The shell has a handling handle to avoid pulling out the line casing. The hoisting ring can keep the switchgear in suspension level, and there is no friction contact between the hoisting chain and any part, so as to avoid scratching the spray layer on the surface of the box during the hoisting process.
5, the circuit breaker is configured with three-phase current transformer, zero sequence current transformer and zero sequence voltage sensor. Current transformer ratio: phase current 600/1 (5); Zero sequence current 20/1; Accuracy level: The measurement accuracy level is 0.5, and the protection is 10P (5P10). Zero sequence current accuracy level 10P5; Zero sequence voltage accuracy class is 3P. Measurement and protection CT capacity: ≥1VA(600A/1A), ≥2.5VA (600A/ 5A) zero-sequence CT capacity: ≥0.5VA to meet the supporting requirements (considering the cable length of 12 meters, cooperate with FTU and line loss module to meet the line loss measurement and fault determination requirements).
