There are inspection and test regulations for Power Transformers

1. When the switch is removed for inspection, measure the resistance value of the current limiting resistor. The measured value should not be significantly different from the factory value of the product.

2. When the switch is removed for inspection, check the entire action sequence of the switching contacts of the switch, which should comply with the provisions of the product technical conditions.

3. Check that the switching device has no open circuit during the entire switching process; the electrical and mechanical limit actions are correct and meet the product requirements; when the operating power supply voltage is 85% or more of the rated voltage, it should operate reliably during the entire switching process.

4. Before the insulating oil is injected into the oil tank of the switching switch, its electrical strength should comply with the regulations.

5. Operate 10 cycles without voltage on the transformer. Check the voltage regulation of the switching device under no-load according to the provisions of the product technical conditions. There should be no significant difference in the synchronization of the three-phase switching and the range and law of voltage changes compared with the factory data of the product.
