Brief introduction of structure:

1. Iron core

The silicon steel sheet of the iron core is of high quality cold-rolled orientation 30Q120 or 30QG105 grade, full inclined joint, step type three joint structure, the side of the iron core is coated with polyurethane glue, the upper and lower iron yoke are clamped with channel steel, and the upper and lower clamps are tightened with screw.

2. Coil

The wire adopts oxygen-free copper, the flat wire is ZB-0.45, the round wire is QQ-2, the high voltage coil is the layer type, the low voltage coil can be divided into ≤500kVA according to the capacity of the layer type, ≥ 630kVA is the new spiral type, the first and last layer to strengthen the insulation, the insulation between the layers is double-sided adhesive paper, to ensure that the coil after drying treatment to form an organic whole.

3, the body insulation

A 25mm thick laminated cardboard ring is added to the upper end of the coil in the core window, which not only strengthens the main insulation strength, but also improves the dynamic stability of the coil axis.

4. Lead

In principle, the improved bar type non-exciting voltage regulating tap changer is adopted for high-voltage tap changer, and the bar type non-exciting voltage regulating tap changer is adopted for the wires with small capacity and many tap changer. The cable type is used for high voltage casing, and the composite type is used for low voltage casing. When the current is ≥1600A, the short tail casing is used.

5. Oil tank

2000kVA and below are rectangular corrugated tanks, 2500kVA and above are barrel tanks, radiator devices are corrugated or chip radiators.

6. Total assembly

Pressure release valve - Open transformer capacity ≥315kVA installation, sealed transformers are installed. Gas relay - Transformer capacity ≥800kVA Install a gas relay. Temperature controller - Transformer capacity ≥10O0kVA installation. Oil storage tank - open transformer is installed, sealed transformer is not installed, add an oil level indicator on the tank cover. Tubular oil level meter - No oil storage tank fully sealed transformer installed on the upper part of the transformer tank cover, showing the oil level in the tank.
