Characteristic description:

1, low loss, low noise

The core adopts high performance cold rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, automatic robot laminator, small shear burr, low lamination coefficient, effectively reduce the transformer no-load loss, no-load current and noise. The no-load loss is 5% ~ 15% lower than that of manual lamination.

2. Safe and reliable operation

The transformer insulation design has enough margin, and the office discharge is less than 100pC. The selection of winding current density is reasonable, the wire withstand stress margin is appropriate, and the transformer oil surface temperature rise is lower than the national standard.

3, advanced structure, easy maintenance

A. The coil is supported by high quality insulation skeleton. All coils adopt internal and external bracing, all bracing and pad are chamfered, electric field is uniform, and reliability is enhanced. All fasteners on the coil axial adopter are self-locking locking nuts, so that the product can withstand long-distance transportation bumps without loosening and without lifting the core.

b, the tank wall adopts wide steel plate to reduce joints, adopts unique welding process, no leakage, to ensure welding quality;

c. All sealing flanges adopt groove structure to ensure sealing performance. All oil discharge valves are made of copper valves, and radiators are made of vacuum butterfly valves to reduce leakage;

d, the transformer is equipped with an oil level thermometer, the top of the oil tank is equipped with a pressure release valve with contacts, the oil level of the oil storage tank is marked with an oil level meter with contacts, and the high and low pressure bushing is made of anti-pollution enhanced pure porcelain oil bushing, which can be used for heavy pollution level environment.
