Product overview

JDQXFH-220 single phase voltage transformer is used in 220kV SF6 closed combination electrical apparatus, connected between the phase and the ground, for voltage, electric energy measurement and relay protection.

The shell is welded with aluminum plate or cast aluminum alloy, and all connecting bolts are made of stainless steel standard parts. All connecting surfaces are waterproof during the assembly process, and can be operated outdoors for a long time without corrosion.

The iron core adopts the inclined joint laminated structure, the iron chip and the clamp are fixed with high strength weft less tape for binding, without punching holes on the iron chip. Part of the shear stress is eliminated, and the magnetic flux density does not increase locally due to the presence of punching, the loss of the iron core is reduced, and the excitation current is reduced, which is conducive to reducing the no-load loss error of the transformer and improving the load capacity of the voltage transformer. Due to the increase of saturation flux density, the ferromagnetic resonance performance is effectively improved.

The high-voltage winding adopts single-stage pagoda structure, good impact resistance, and adopts high-quality imported ring-lattice glued polyester film and high-strength polyester enamelled wire, which has high insulation strength and stable performance. Imported winding equipment, according to the input program instructions, automatic completion, the entire coil without broken wire, joint.

The basin insulator acts as a separation between the transformer gas chamber and the combined appliance gas chamber, which has SF6 gas of different pressure. The high voltage conductor and the high voltage electrode on the device are connected by elastic structure.

According to user requirements can be designed and manufactured three winding (a primary winding, a secondary winding and a residual voltage winding) or four winding (a primary winding, two secondary winding and a residual voltage winding) structure.

The transformer can be installed horizontally or vertically.
