SR-JXB series transformer neutral overvoltage protection device, specially designed for 110kV, 220kV Power Transformer neutral circuit, protect the transformer neutral insulation from overvoltage damage, and can realize the transformer neutral ground operation or ungrounded operation of two modes of operation conversion.

Due to the needs of the operation of the power system, most of the transformer neutral points of the effective grounding system of 110~220kV in China use the ungrounded operation mode, and the transformer generally adopts the hierarchical insulation structure, and the insulation level is relatively low, so the neutral points of the transformer running without grounding need to take protection against lightning overvoltage, operating overvoltage and power frequency transient overvoltage.

At present, neutral overvoltage protection mainly adopts gap protection, lightning arrester protection, gap and lightning arrester parallel protection. Gap protection mainly limits power frequency overvoltage, operating overvoltage and resonant overvoltage, and also has a certain inhibition effect on lightning overvoltage. Zinc oxide lightning arrester protection is mainly to limit lightning overvoltage; When lightning, power frequency and operating overvoltage need to be protected at the same time, the gap and lightning arrester can be protected in parallel. At this time, the gap protects the neutral insulation of the transformer, protects the arrester, and prevents the arrester from exploding due to insufficient flow.

a) Ambient temperature: -40℃ ~ +40℃;

b) Altitude: no more than 2000m;

c) Wind speed: no more than 34m/s;

d) Ice thickness: no more than 10mm;

e) Seismic intensity: not more than 9 degrees;

f) Air pollution degree: suitable for class III and below polluted areas;

g) No frequent and intense vibration, no flammable, explosive and chemical corrosive substances;

h) Solar radiation intensity 1000W/m2(noon on sunny days).
